First, Pilates. It’s the only form of exercise that I’ve kept going with for any length of time. You can progress at your own rate and tune each class to how you’re feeling that day. It’s improved my balance, flexibility and strength. And we have a laugh, it’s sociable. Second, Nikki. She’s wonderful. Understanding of our limitations but also encouraging and challenging.
